Upcoming Dates for Draper Park Middle School
We are getting excited for the 2024-2025 school year to begin and we wanted to communicate some important dates that are quickly approaching.
– Online registration opens on August 5, 2024. Below is the Family Access Link.

– Student schedules will be available at 8:00 am on August 14, 2024 through Skyward. You will use Skyward Family Access to see those schedules.
– 6th grade orientation is Friday, August 16, 2024 from 7:50-11:50am. We are excited to have our new 6th graders practice being in Middle School for the first time! They’ll have an opportunity to go to all their classes and get to know Draper Park. Have your student bring a copy of their schedule. Busses will be running that day but no breakfast or lunch will be served.
– Back to School Night is August 15, 2024 from 5:00-7:00. Please bring your student to tour the school, meet their teachers, administration will have a brief orientation in the auditorium and light refreshments will be available.
– Our first day of school is August 19. 2024. School start time is at 7:50 and release time is at 2:40.
– A general supply list is below. Other items that are needed will be communicated in the first week of school by your student’s teachers.
- Pencils
- Pens (blue, black and red)
- Highlighters (3 different colors)
- Colored pencils
- Pencil sharpener
- Notebook with lined paper
- Ruler
- Pencil pouch labeled with student’s name
- Cheap earbuds that plug into the Chromebook (No bluetooth).
