DPMS Schedule Corrections 2024-25

This form is to be filled out by parents of a student who is: missing a class, needs an intervention class, has classes that are cross-teamed or another Skyward error.

It is not for schedule change requests. The deadline for schedule changes was April 15th.

School counselors will work on the correction list in the order they are received. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
