Hello Draper Park!

We are excited for our upcoming spirit dress up days, next week Oct 28th – Nov 1st

Remind students all spirit week outfits (and Halloween Costumes) need to be in school dress code.

Also please see the guidelines for backpack day listed below.  “Anything but a backpack day” will be on Friday Nov-1st.

GUIDELINES:
1. Student must be able to carry it to each class/up and down staircases etc.
2. “backpack” cannot block entrances/exits and hallways or anything else that students need to access in the classroom.
3. “backpack” cannot be a distraction from learning/activities in the classroom or create danger in the classroom or hallways
4. “backpack” should not have a motor/or be battery operated (can have wheels as long as the student could carry it and it follows all other guidelines–a suitcase for example)

If student’s “backpacks” for the day are deemed dangerous, distracting, or otherwise inappropriate their “backpack” will have to stay in the office for the day.
